We then ask that you email us, a high-quality, black and white file (format:.ai, .pdf or .jpg) of your desired artwork. All final artwork will be emailed to you for approval before engraving commences.

When delivering outside of the UK - 20% VAT will be taken off at checkout. When your goods arrive in the destination country you/the recipient will receive a bill, from the courier company, for the local tax and duties, where applicable. The tax/duty varies in each country so we cannot definitively say how much this will be, however most counties have a vat rate of approx. 20%. Duty charges will vary depending on the country.
