Scottish Thistle - 2 Crystal Champagne Flutes 265mm (Presentation Boxed) | Royal Scot Crystal
Experience British hand cut crystal elegance with the Scottish Thistle Champagne Flutes. These beautifully crafted flutes showcase the artistry of British hand-cut crystal, featuring a distinctive diamond and Scottish thistle pattern. The tall, slender design preserves the bubbles and enhances the tasting experience, while the intricate detailing adds a touch of sophistication.
Legend has it that a sleeping party of Scottish warriors were saved from ambush by an invading Norse army when one of the attackers trod on a thistle with his bare feet. His cries raised the alarm, the roused Scots duly defeated the invaders, and the thistle was adopted as the symbol of Scotland.
Presented in a luxurious, midnight blue box, these flutes are a stunning addition to any glassware collection.
