The Original Scotch Whisky Glass - Stag Scotland (stemmed) (gift boxed)
Experience the tradition of fine Scotch whisky with this iconic tulip-shaped tasting glass, now adorned with a beautifully engraved stag, a powerful symbol of the Scottish Highlands.
The central feature is a striking, detailed engraved Stag design applied to the crystal's surface, achieved through meticulous craftsmanship that captures the animal's commanding presence and intricate antlers. The glass is left smooth in other areas to preserve its focus on the spirit itself, with the clarity of the premium crystal highlighting the whisky's colour.
The design of this stemmed, tulip-shaped glass is not accidental; originally known as a "dock glass," it is the precise shape universally favoured by master distillers and blenders across Scotland for the proper appreciation of fine Scotch. Its specific functionality is twofold: the inward-curving rim and unique bowl efficiently concentrate the whisky's complex, layered aromas (the bouquet) right to the nose, allowing for a detailed tasting, while the elegant stem prevents your hand from touching the bowl, ensuring the heat from your palm does not prematurely warm the delicate spirit, thus maintaining its ideal serving temperature.
Crafted from premium crystal, this glass is the definitive vessel for the true appreciation of Scotch whisky.
