Gin and Tonic (engraved G&T) - Copa Glass 210mm (Gift Boxed) | Royal Scot Crystal
The Gin & Tonic Copa glass was designed to trap the aromas of the gin to give a better taste, allow for plenty of ice and lime into the glass to add to the flavour and keep the drink cool. The bowl shape is said to stop the ice cubes from melting quickly, diluting the drink.
Supplied in blue card gift boxes with gold foil blocking.
Height 210mm (8¼",) , diameter 109mm (4¼"), capacity 610ml (22oz)
The engraved design is inspired by vintage Gin labels.

Washing
It is safe to put the glasses in a dishwasher however hand washing crystal in warm, soapy water and drying with a lint-free cloth is preferable.
Storage
Keep the rim of the glass clean and chip-free by storing the right way up and never stacking.
Temperature
Avoid pouring hot liquids into cold crystal or vice versa, as extreme temperature changes can cause breakage. Place ice cubes into your drink rather than dropping from a height and avoid using ice machines.
Weight
You may notice subtle weight variations between pieces due to traditional manufacturing techniques like hand-cutting and mouth-blowing
Does a seed or bubble in crystal constitute a flaw?
With mouth blown glass you do sometimes get air bubbles which are considered to be hallmarks of mouth blown handmade glassware. Tiny bubbles the size of a pin point sometimes form in the fusing or melting process and do not affect the quality of the piece. Such slight variations are natural results of handcrafting.
